Activities: contacts, leads and bookings created from the conversations
A CRM is only useful when it is filled in. In ORYKSA the one filling it in is ORYKSA, during the conversations, and the owner only has to look.
What gets recorded
When someone leaves a name and a phone number, a contact is born. When they ask about a service, a lead is kept. When they ask for a time, a booking with date and time is kept. When the owner asks the assistant to remember something, a task or a note is kept. Meetings, sales and follow-ups take the same path. Every record keeps the link to the conversation it came from.
Where you see it
Activities live in the dashboard, with sections by type and an overview of the day. The same information is in the mobile app and in the browser extension, where the assistant shows cards that open the right record with one tap. Editing a name, changing a date or marking a task as done happens in the dashboard itself or by voice.
Ask by voice or by text
The owner can say "book John for Tuesday at ten" or "how many leads came in this week" and the assistant creates or answers from Activities. Replies come with the cards of the records to confirm what was done.
One place for the truth
There is no duplication across channels: a customer who writes on WhatsApp and later calls is the same contact, with the same history. That is what lets the employee answer with context on any channel.
